While the last four days of scoreboard watching have been generally unfavourable for Ottawa fans, the Pittsburgh Penguins did the Sens a huge favour last night by beating the Sabres in Buffalo. The Panthers lost in Columbus and suddenly find themselves in a battle for their own playoff lives. Scoreboard watching has been fun and all but it will be nice to finally have an actual Sens game to watch.
The Flyers appear to be settled into the 5th spot in the East but still have an outside shot of catching Pittsburgh and grabbing home ice in the first round. They have two head to head games left with the Pens including tomorrow afternoon in Pittsburgh.
The Sens won't have a morning skate today but MacLean passed along line up notes at yesterday's practice. No line up changes expected from the combinations that beat Winnipeg on Monday night. Here is how the Senators are expected to line up.
Greening-Spezza-Michalek
Foligno-Turris-Alfredsson
Daugavins-Smith-Condra
Klinkhammer-O'Brien-Neil
Kuba-Karlsson
Cowen-Gonchar
Phillips-Carkner
Craig Anderson gets the start in the Ottawa goal. Puck drop is scheduled for just after 1:00 PM with all the action available on CBC's Hockey Night in Canada.

Plenty of games to keep an eye on tonight including the Buffalo Sabres in Toronto to take on the Maple Leafs and the Washington Capitals visiting the Montreal Canadiens. As much as Sens fans hate the Leafs and Habs, those two teams could really help Ottawa's cause if they could do the unthinkable and win a damn hockey game tonight.
Here is how the standings look heading into Saturday's games.
Bruins 94 (5)- @Nyi, @Nyr, PIT, @Ott, BUF
Panthers 90 (4)-@Det, WPG, @Wsh, CAR
Devils 94 (4)- @Car, NYI, @Det, OTT
Senators 88 (5)- @Phi, @Nyi, CAR, BOS, @Nj
Capitals 86 (4)- MTL, @Tbl, FLA, @Nyr
Sabres 86 (4)- @Tor, TOR, @Phi, @Bos
UNLEASH THE KLINKHAMMER!!!
If we win next 3 and Bos loses next 3, then 4th game is for 2nd place.....I know we need to make playoffs first, but possibility
I'm usually waiting all day for a post on a Saturday. You must've really been suffering with this week off.
Started writing it yesterday! This lay off has been grueling. How early is too early for the first beer when puck drops at 1:00 PM? Moral dilemmas...
It's happy hour some where in the world lol
First world problems haha. Just remind yourself it's noon somewhere.
Every game until the end of the season will be the biggest game of the year. Let's hope we take the season series today.Loving the 2 afternoon starts. Hope Alfie gets to 30g and Baby K gets to 80 points.
GO SENS GO
It'll be 2:00 a.m. over here in Tokyo, so bombs away on the beers. Go Sens, go!
One thing, if we are planning this days/weeks in advance. These chants can't really be described as spontaneous can they.
These wins could clinch a playoff spot for our Sens !
GO SENS GO !!!!!!!!!!!!
11:11 sounds like a pretty suitable time to me!
Dammit I just missed it! Cheers fellas! Lets go Spezz with another multipoint game!
Ea sports is having a cover vote for NHL 13 I
Say we get everyone to vote for karlsson or spezza that's the choices
NHL.com/covervo te
Yeah we're all over that. Vite vote vote! You can actually vote an infinite number of times, although only the first 10 submissions count towards winning the trip to Vegas.
Spezza was a cover boy already for 2K sports I believe...KK65 deserves our vote en masse.
GO SENS GO
Just a small correction...It 's the first 10 PER DAY that gets you into the draw.
By the way, if anyone under 21 wins, I will buy their prize...Just vote for Karl :)
Yes that is what I meant. Indeed. 10 per day.
High scoring also, with Sens winning 5-4 !!!
GO SENS GO !!!!!!!!!!!!
(in butt-head's voice)
Hey man, just wondering if you were rcyr2005 from the forum on the sens website?
I hate it when we are called the Ottawa Sens. It's either the Ottawa Senators or The Sens.

There is only one Robert Cyr!!!!!!!!
3 big giveaways in the neutral zone, sooner or later they will pay
DIRRRTY pass by alfie to Spezz no mistake 1-0
Anderson is coming up big
Besides some growing pains by Karlsson there, we are looking like a playoff team
Keep pouring it on boys! GO SENS GO!!!
He just goes about business as usual haha
Goes about his business by taking the puck back! :)
Bedore the game started, i was worried the time off would hinder our performance, but i cant complain too much. Keep rolling guys, you can do this. I think the biggest game they have coming is against the NYi, which is strange to say, but based on how they've been going, we'll need to play them balls out.
Go Sens Go!!!
Wow, what a great beer laden afternoon to be a Sens fan. So far so good. I think Philly will come out like a rabid pack of jackhammers in the second, let's hold down the fort, keep our foot on their throats and come away with 2 unbelievable points!
It makes me extremely happy to hear so many ex NHLers basically just get baffled by what Karlsson can do on the ice!!!
This has been going on all year when a national broadcaster is showing the game. TSN and CBC guys that don't watch Ottawa on a regular basis are simply amazed at the skill of the kid.
Karlsson now, at this point is up there with Ovechkin, Stamkos and Crosby in terms of 'most entertaining' players in the world. How fricken awesome is it that this kid is on our team?! ... Basically for life!!
Nice to get a three goal lead despite some serious rust after the break. Now hold on to win and work the rest of the rust off at the same time.
I was at the Capitals game when buddy scored with his tongue.
I still think Neil made the hardest hit of the year. I think it was against Boston's Boychuk..We can enjoy the hits and CBC can hide them.
Yah, the flyers have really woken up here in the second.
Brown loves 'em and Millen hates 'em.
haha
Millen is a Leafs fan.
I don't see any angle that CONCLUSIVELY shows a good goal...
Why do we keep trying for huge cross ice passes
because it was against us, i swear 90% of time anything that goes upstairs for us is dissallowed.
You are 100% correct. If that was us it would have never fucking counted! It's the fucking war room in .............,, Toronto! First they make us play the Laffs on the tail end of all 6 back to backs, then they try to fuck us with the refs, now they overturn a call on the ice with inconclusive evidence. Well fuck you, we're going to win this fucking game anyway!
Failed the test
you know the old saying "if it isn't broke, don't fix it"
Well, in this case it is the opposite the power play is broke MR. Mustache, fix it!
As if we were up 3-0 and they have us on the ropes now...
COME ON BOYS!!! PUSH BACK!!!
Michalek -2
Gonchar -2
Foligno (honorable mention)
Penalties, giveaways, Missed opportunities, complete lack of offence
Complete momentum killers . These guys are a problem
Ottawa will be lucky to get a point in this game.
And could miss the playoffs cuz of it if they don't.
Some guys are stepping up, others are stepping back
Calm yourself.
Sens really need to get their legs going in the 3rd period. Play with some intensity. That was just a lackluster 2nd. Ouch.
Milan Get off Senschirp, We need you on the ice
Kidding!
Yes I beleive in these guys
Go sens go!!!!!!
Brown: Karlsson is 25 points over the second place in defenseman pointers
Millen: BLAH BLAH BLAH i don't care but LIDSTROM is having the sesason of his career yes BLAH BLAH BLAH fuck ottawa BLAH BLAH BLAH
Line 1: has 3 shots on net and 2 are from spezza
Averaging 1 shot per period from our top line, and it's mainly our playmaker
I challenge who ever thumbs downed that to tell me how this isnt an issue LOL
I thumbs it down cuz I think it's an issue, do u want me to thumbs up something I'm not happy about? And who the fck cares about the thumbs up and down shit?
EDIT: I was just saying, wtf is Neil doin' on the Power Play then he almost got a goal lol.
you thumbs down things you disagree with sir, that's how it works
Thats what I just did doucher
MICHALEK IN THE BOX
-2, 1 shot all game, penatly in the 3rd...
USELESS
'bahahahah the new Beatley
Quoting ZipZapRap:
Arrrrg....
haha Yeah I hear ya. Michalek's been non existent this game. Poor Turris though. Just can't catch a break. *sigh*
and let Foligno, Michalek and Greening do whatever they hell it is they do on the 2nd line and beyond
I'll have to agree with you there. Our first line needs more spark. I like Greening and Michalek but like most people, don't think their 1st line material. We need more offensive flare.
Looks like we're headed for some over fun. But hey, least we get a point? Yay?
Don't jinx us, there's still 2 minutes left !!
That's what I was gonna say. He's used a little too much to his "in between the pads" trick.
GOOOOO SENSSSSS GO
1 more would be HUGE...in OT!
notice how people will thumbs down yet they wont offer another point of view?
This is a HUGE game and Greening has ZERO shots, Michalek has 1
you are right, there is NO spark, Alfie, spezza and ANYONE else would work better at this point
any one who disagrees is _________
Big penalty kill here.....
ATTA BOY JIMMYY
Michalek Top shelf back hand deke attempt
Alfie Shot or back Top shelf back hand attempt
Spezza - 5 hole shot attempt
yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! win!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!
Quoting WeAreSensFans!:
Big F'ing deal you sit quiet all game and he scores a shoot out
talk to me when he is in the game
GO SENS (that show up for 60 minutes)
Completely wrong.
See Alfie toss that kid a puck? Class.
The Flyer fans were getting props from Sens players on the way into the dressing room lol.
Depends what you mean by match though? If it weren't for Andy, we would've been down and out. Our defense was average. Not the best. Keep in mind we gave up a 3-0 lead.
Either way, we managed to get the win. Good one Anderson and Spezza!
Quoting ZipZapRap:
Hahahahahaha!!!!!!!!
Suck it Zaneuf!
If he would of hit the net he might of had a chance. Backhanders are hard to read. Andy didn't know wtf was going on lol.
The way I see it, if Greening and Michalek can take a turn on the number 1 line, why can't they? From what I've seen and read, Silferburg has the size and shot to boot.
Keep in mind I'm looking more towards next season.
...You don't say?
Woaaa breaking news guys!
He looked up from the buffet long enough to give us a news flash we've all known for weeks. Fucking brilliant reporting!
I was really keying in on him the whole night and could not find one bad play that he had made. Talk about retribution for costing us the game in OT the last time we were in Philly.
As for the rest of the boys I thought Turris had a real strong game, but couldn't buy a goal. Karlsson on the other hand didn't have his best game, but it seems as though teams are putting a few guys on Karl nowadays (actually not a bad thing). Same for Spez...it seemed everytime he was around the play there would be two flyers jerseys around him.
Anywho, HUGE two points today, and I can honestly say that had Andy not been in nets for us this woulda been a loss.
GO SENS GO!
Haha Funny Guy
I couldn't even watch!! I can stand to lose but when were up 3-0 in a crucial game i cant, my nerves were going nuts, just glad we pulled it off!
Your main and ignorant criticism of the guy is that he doesn't score important goals. Lets break that down.
10 PP goals
23 ES goals
1 SH goal
Michalek has scored:
5 times to tie the game
12 times to take a 1-goal lead
4 times with the team trailing by 2 goals or more
4/10 times in a shoot-out to help us get wins
4 times with the team leading by a single goal
5 empty net goals most of which clinched a big win for our Ottawa Senators
Michalek has scored:
5 times with the team leading by 2
4 times with the team leading by 3+ goals
So only 9 of his 34 goals came with the team leading by 2 or more.
Oh did I mention he's scored 17 goals in the 3rd period this year? The one where everyone has to find a way to win.
So what does this analysis tell us? It tell us quite definitively that Michalek has scored a ton of "big" or "important" goals for this hockey club and has been a huge factor in it's success. Add that two his high quality of defensive play and he's extremely valuable.
ZipZapRap, you're an ignorant dumb fuck and you should go put on your loser Leafs jersey and crawl back onto whatever golf course you came from. Go fuck yourself, seriously. What kind of loser fan laments a player as hard working and productive as Michalek. Shoot yourself, please.
how about go take one in the nuts or nut in your case since your a one nutter like your hero phil kessel i'm talking about zap of course
Granted they blew a 3 goal lead and required Anderson to stand on his head however any win you get against a team ahead of you in the standings on their home ice is a good win.
Ur fuckin disgusting, u kno he had testicular cancer right? Idc how much u hate the leafs that's just fckin Heartless
Dude... seriously. ZipZapRap annoys the crap out of me when he posts his stuff about Michalek being useless, but that's no reason to tell him to go shoot himself. I'm just stating this because fundamentally we're all Sens fans and telling someone to go kill themselves over something so trivial is a little over the line, no? And your reply isn't much better, seriously. Meh, whatever.
sorry i'm not into phil kessel.. im not sure or care about his medical history, he just plays the game like a guy who has one ball, or has no balls i didn't know about his situation
and the Juno award for the most obvious lie of the year goes to....
Everyone just shut the f@ck up and keep the personal comments to yourself. Every one comes here to talk hockey......not head a bunch of babies insulting one another.
The sens won......rejoic e mocks and watch the chasers lose tonight! Go sens go!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zz921acnkE4&feature=related
3 games in 4 nights... 4 days off... 3 games in 4 nights. To add to that.. 6 games inter-division against your biggest rival... all when your 2nd game in back to back... 9th or 10th game like that over 2 seasons.. and the schedule is selected by a computer... yeah sure.
@ZipZapRap -- all you do is trash the Sens and you call yourself a fan? To even be where they are is above where anyone expected them to be. If you really don't like it.. then I suggest you jump off the Sens bandwagon and go join Leafs Nation and you and your fellow Leaf fans can wallow in the mediocrity they have been in for 8 yrs.. then you do have something to complain about.
At the beginning of this rebuild year, the sens got blown out by the flyers. Now, 70 odd games later, we beat them in an important game for both teams.
How far they have come in one season is truly remarkable!
Woot woot
Is that you , Dany Heatley ?
Goes against my feelings as well but a couple of Dos Equis and a shot of Herradura tequila takes the edge off. If Kessel has a chance to win the game for the Leafs I don't know what I will do but there will definitely be alcohol involved. I will say quietly "go leafs' but without any gusto!
Quietly is a good strategy. Want to avoid those lobotomy procedures...
on the other hand toronto trying to fail yet buffalo is missing some pieces on defence. can toronto win? highly unlikely.
i can't stand to watch either game.
I can keep you up to date but my typing is getting poorer and poorer with each cerveza. Takes your chances.
Yep..I have to laugh. Nobody on here wants to cheer for the TML.
It feels so counter-intuiti ve to hope the Sabres don't score when they're in the Leafs' zone...
Drink as much as it takes for you to bear the game.
Stefan Neosen has a HATRICK and two apples in the first period against Guelph.
This. Kid. Is. Good.
Also, Big Z's coming over to North America next week. Life is good.
Everytime he mentions the Sens we could have a drink!
wow noesen with 5 points in the first period, there's a game i'd like to watch tonight
Dorion knows best!
Nothing wrong with our scouts. They have found some terrific prospects for the Sens. Future is bright.
I know it's probably an outside chance of making the Sen roster next season, but I would love to see Neosen make the final cuts in camp and at least play a couple of preseason games like Stone did last year.
Same goes for Prince.
Back to back hattrick nights for Sens prospects
GO SENS GO!
Lets hope the Molson's keep their hands off of Pierre Dorion.. Montreal always bogart our talent.
I thought I could do it (cheer for them) but just can't
With the way the Sabres were playing I thought they would win out. But a loss to the Pens yesterday.. and down 2 goals against the Leafs going into the 3rd. IF, big IF they lose this game.. they are 4 pts back with 3 games left.
So if the Sens win in regulation or OT tomorrow would give them a 6 pt lead with an ROW of 35 with 3 games left.. Buffalo with ROW of 31 with 3 games left... they could not catch the Sens with the tiebreaker. So Sens could clinch a spot tomorrow. Get it done now guys...
Jason and Mat! What are you doing? Don't give Montreal any ideas like that. We need Dorion like the earth needs the sun!
Nj is a low scoring team and to be up 5-0 is a rarity.
Hopefully we can help carolina with their tank.
The cats out of the bag my friend. He has been mentioned a few times this week already. They just talked about him on hot stove... Montreal always poaches our personnel. They can't think for themselves, and they sure as shit can't develop talent. Bryan better nix any permissions to talk to him.
I don't think it's going to matter, we just have to beat the Isles tomorrow and we're in! Sabres are choking tonight against the Leafs!
Was nice to see the Spezza Turris goal as number one on SN
I think we are lucky they are playing at home, not wanting to be shamed with another loss in front of their fans.
Dorion USED TO work for Montreal !
Islanders tomorrow you will let us roll on top of you guys with the greeting of "Sure guys, right this way." From there we're gonna steamroll over the Hurricanes and hopefully either win 1 or both games that remain. The Stanley Cup record book doesn't ask you how, they just ask when. Just as long as we make it to post season, anything can happen. This is great let's keep this streak goin boys I love you guys very much!
Are you from the future? There's 3 minutes left in the Montreal game.
Sens magic number is now 3.
Leafaroos win means that Ottawa has to win one of their four
remaining games in a non-shootout to get a playoff spot ?
NYR 113
BOS 101
FLO 95
PIT 107
PHI 105
NJD 98
OTT 95
WAS 92
Buffalo 91 (WAS holds the tie-breaker as well).
BTW - Bob Cole: what a moron. "The home team usually gets the choice and they're going to choose to go first I'm sure." Um 'usually'?!?!? And shooting first too? Someone put Cole out to stud please.
Correct - magic number is 2. Actually don't even need it to be a ROW since we hold the third tie-breaker (and would be tied on the first two).
It's two.
Two points will make it unreachable for buffalo as Ottawa holds the tie breaker. Buffalo has 3 games left, if Ottawa goes up by 6 points tomorrow, they clinch I believe.
You're right - my bad.
But doesn't Ottawa win the tie-breaker with Buffalo with one more ROW win ?
Bob Cole is my favourite commentator, i love his voice. You cant expect him to say the right things at the right time. Hes a human being and its pretty tough thinking on your feet. You try. talk for 60 mins and ill bet you i can find mistakes. give the guy a break.
Even if they win in shootout they r most likely in unless they get pounded all the other games, buff has just 3 games left so for them to tie us in ROW (34) they need to win all 3 in regulation and with us winning none in regulation but there differential is -11 to our +11 so we will still get in.
Yes but technically if we won in a shootout, lost the rest or got two single points then Buffalo would tie us in ROW (if they won out). But we tie for the next tie breaker (head-to-head) and win the next (goal differential). So the magic number is actually 2 (I was mistaken).
That's great. Maybe he can get a job doing books on CD when CBC finally gets rid of him.
He makes 100 mistakes per game and can't keep up with the play. I'm not saying I could do better but I'm sure there's 1000 broadcasters out there that could. His voice is iconic because he's been on HNIC for 100 years.
Yeah Boston is 95% locked into second and we're trending toward 7th for sure with outside shots at 6th or 8th. Boston will be a challenge but I'm okay with playing them if that's how it plays out. The way this team is I almost prefer to play the underdog - if we move up to 6th we might be a favorite over Florida (or Washington). Certainly not a pure underdog. I think the underdog role fits this team better.
Our last game of the year might just be for 6th place though.
either way, still excited that the kid is finally a step closer to coming over here.
I think Ottawa needs to win out to have any hope at 6th. They have a better chance at 8th but even then Washington will need to win out to have a realistic chance at passing Ottawa.
We beat Boston last time out.
We beat the Rangers last two times we played them.
We beat Pittsburgh last three times we faced them (yeah I know 3rd string goalie last game).
We beat Philly today and the game before that.
We beat Washington last time out.
Some good teams in the East but I honestly will take my chances with any of them.
Yeah pretty much. If we win out (including beating NJ of course) then we'd still need NJ to lose one of their other two games left. Of course they do play Detroit :)
Zibanejad to join #Sens next week. Eligible for playoffs. Likely won't play, so not to burn contract year. Likely play some for #BSens.
If Zibby looks great in practice and is one of Ottawa's top 12 forwards, I wouldn't mind them burning a year to try and win now and give Zibby playoff experience.
For me, just making the playoffs puts us way ahead of our 3yr rebuild
Sens should offer him whatever he wants imho. Drafting is the key to any organization's long-term success, and imho, if we lose Dorion, say good-bye to our amateur scouting success.
It would suck to lose Dorion but I have faith that it wouldn't affect our scouting. Murray has been drafting well for years without Dorion.
It won't be about an offer of "whatever he wants". If the Habs offer a position that he wants we can't just make him GM. But hopefully he'll want to stay here to see the positive results of all his hard work so far.
As for Zibby - putting him in the lineup would smack of desperation (a little) given that the team we're icing today is winning (mostly). However, if burning a year off his deal is deemed to be a good business move in of itself, then go for it.
Perfect scenario for me is that he goes to Bingo to play with Petersson and some other future teammates. Then comes up as a black ace when Bingo's done (and Ottawa's hopefully still playing).
thats a valid point. i, just like many fans (i think) am still on the fence on whether he comes now or next year. pros and cons i guess
It depends how he plays in Bingo. If he can help this year, then play him. With his speed and power, he could be a playoff wild card on the bottom two lines.
Great to get the 2 points. Go Sens Go.
Should the Sens defeat the Islanders today at 3 PM, it just might be the clincher, to qualifying for the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
Let's get it done today boys !!!!!!!!!!
GO SENS GO !!!!!!!!!!
Go Sens
Hoping the game-day thread is up soon CHIRP
GO SENS GO!
If we were to play Boston in a 7 game series do you think we can beat them?
I think personally our guys are going to come out hitting and it won't be an easy series for the bruins at all. I'm even willing to think that with the Bruins recent struggles that we can win in 6 or 7.
Let me know your thoughts
Absolutely we can beat them. If anything, you want to face them in the first round because once they win one series, they will start rolling. Montreal took them to 7 in the first round last year and I think this Sens team matches up better than the Habs do. Anderson needs to be his best but Boston is definitely a winnable series. Two weeks ago I would have said Pittsburgh was the only team I wouldnt want to face but with Fleury struggling, bring them on too. At this point, you're in tough against everyone but I think Ottawa can beat anyone. They will be full of confidence and will have absolutely nothing to lose. That is a dangerous and scary combination.
Good point but anything can happen in the playoff so im confident. if we are going to win our defense need to be better
Just got an idea for the website instead of the ignore button. Why don't you make it so that if a comment receives a certain number of thumbs downs (say 5?) then that comment is hidden, and anyone reading the comments has the option to see it if they click "show comment. This is the exact same system that youtube uses, and I think it works perfectly.
Another idea is a notification system where if someone replies to your comment you get an alert and a link to the reply. This will create much more constructive conversations because it would make it a lot easier to look for replies to your comments instead of having to scroll around looking for them.
JMO, What do you guys think...?
GO SENS GO
Thomas is tired due to Rask's injury and Julien's refusal to play Turco. Add to that, Thomas is coming off a playoff where he played until mid June. Horton is also done for the year and their D have sufferred
some injuries lately including a concussion to McQuaid. We've all heard the term Stanley Cup hangover. We need to come out flying and we definitely have a chance.
according to garrioch, winchester is back in replacing klinkhammer
also grahame gets the start for the isles
I thought they played Turco a few games ago?
But yes I agree that Thomas has played a lot of hockey and hopefully we can catch a tired and over confident Bruins team.
I got my playoff tickets the other day, I am excited!!!
EAST
NY
Pitts
WEST
ST Louis
Van
But even that I wouldn't be the least bit shocked to see none of those teams in the finals...If we get rolling and Anderson plays really solid who knows what can happen. Fleury/Thomas have looked pretty weak at times lately, and the Rangers who knows.
looking forward to these playoffs no matter how far we go.
And just for those who like to hate on the Sens no matter what they do, of the last 3 wins, the Sens have won against the back-up goalie. You know what, WHO CARES!!!! Playoffs here we come.
I think we can all agree that the Ottawa Senators have one of the best prospect pools in hockey. What you may not be familiar with is that they also have the best inventors in hockey.
http://www.sportsnet.ca/hockey/juniors/2012/03/30/ottawa_senators_kramer_peanut_butter/
Hey Chirp,
Can you confirm this lineup change.
Ottawa Sun lineup is always somewhat weird.
But, then again, we never know until you confirm.
CTV...reports.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Imo8n85rqg0&feature=youtube_gdata_player
Agreed... we lost Brent Flahr to the Wild and Dorion moved up to take his position.. in my opinion has done a great job. Losing him would definitely hurt the Sens in way of drafting. I really think when Bryan Murray retires... Tim Murray takes over with Dorion as his assistant GM. He needs to wait a couple of years... Keep him happy Murray. Don't send him to a division rival.. that would hurt big time.
Bob Cole is too much of a homer. He is brutal when it comes to players' name. If you want to listen to the best broadcaster... it's Mike 'Doc' Emrick. Once you listen to him on NBC -- there is not a broadcaster in Canada that even comes close. He shows no favoritism -- he's just great.
